She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in Evanston in two and a half years, double-majoring in Psychology and Spanish Language. She received her M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Rosselson completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the St. Louis University Medical Center, in St. Louis, Missouri, and her Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where she was trained as a comprehensive ophthalmologist.

Community Minded

Dr. Rosselson joined Chicago Cornea Consultants™ in July 2007. She is an associate member of the clinical faculty at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Rosselson is committed to community outreach. She is the clinical adviser to the Rush University 20/20 Group and staffs a monthly eye clinic at the Chicago Community Health Center in West Town, providing volunteer ophthalmic care to the uninsured. Dr. Rosselson is also a part of the medical volunteer program at The ARK. She has also traveled to Vietnam to participate in a program teaching cataract surgery to local ophthalmologists. Dr. Rosselson is a member of the Illinois Association of Ophthalmology, Chicago Ophthalmological Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), Women in Ophthalmology (WOW), Illinois State Medical Society, and the Lake County Medical Society.

Up-to-date on the latest medical trends

Dr. Rosselson has a particular interest in the latest techniques of “no needle, no stitch” small incision cataracts management, including the use of femtosecond lasers and advanced-technology lens implants, glaucoma diagnosis and treatment, featuring laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) and minimally invasive/micro incisional glaucoma surgery (MIGS), functional eyelid repair and anterior segment procedures. She is dedicated to patient education and keeping herself current on clinical trends.

Dr. Rosselson is fluent in both Russian and Spanish. She resides in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys competing in marathons, visiting art galleries, trying new restaurants, reading fiction, and world travel.
